Your leads did not go cold.
Somebody stopped replying.
FollowThrough reads your WhatsApp exports, call log and lead list on this machine and finds the conversations where your prospect spoke last and nobody came back — then checks the same timestamps against the UAE marketing rules.
12 invented conversations with known problems planted in them. No real data, anywhere.
Export the chats
In WhatsApp: open a chat → Export chat → Without media. Add your call log and lead list if you have them.
Check what it detected
Which column is which, and which side of each conversation was the agent. Both are shown with the reasoning, and both are yours to correct.
Read the autopsy
Where they died, how fast anyone answered, what a regulator would see, and what it cost — every figure traceable.
Hand over the report
A client-ready PDF and a CSV of every lead, worst first. Put your own name and logo on both.
Check this before we measure anything
Every number in the report depends on what is on this screen being right, so it is shown before anything is computed rather than buried in a footnote afterwards.

What it cost optional
Nothing here is assumed. Leave it blank and the report says how many leads leaked without putting a price on them — which is better than a number you cannot defend.
Report cover optional
AI assist off
The rules classify the last message of every dead conversation. A handful are genuinely ambiguous — “ok but what about the other one” is a live buying signal in context and matches no phrase list ever written. Only those are shown to a model, its answers are labelled as its answers, and they are counted separately, so the measured figures cannot move because a provider was reachable.
